Orders can be modified or cancelled within one hour of placement. After that the order enters our packing room and we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checkout.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT ship the same business day via Canada Post Xpresspost. Most Canadian addresses receive their package within 1–3 business days. Remote and northern destinations may take 4–7 business days.

Same-day delivery is available within select metropolitan zones. Enter your postal code at checkout to see if your address qualifies. Same-day cut-off is 1:00 PM local time.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the package has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Interac e-Transfer is how orders are paid today. At checkout you receive an order number such as AB1001 — send the e-Transfer to the address on your order confirmation and use that order number as the security answer. Your order ships once we confirm the payment. Card and cryptocurrency payments are planned but not live yet.
